  Morgan Madera has helped us tremendously to build our credit and qualify for loans when other places just turned us away.   Morgan Madera is hands down the best advisor to deal with at Vystar Alachua branch. We have great success with multiple loans. She is very efficient with responding to any and all of our needs.   Love this branch! They are always helpful and Ronnie is fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us as we worked through the best options for helping our son build his credit and obtaining the financing he needed for a car. Highly recommend Ronnie and this team in Alachua!

  Morgan Madera is our go to advisor at the Vystar of Alachua branch. She is amazing, at what she does. She has helped us with two auto loans and a credit card. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need and that you are satisfied with the terms. She is very quick to reply, and is in constant communication with you thought out the entire process. I recommend her to any and everyone. I can only give five stars for this review and that doesn’t do her justice, she goes above and beyond in her customer service! We will use her again and again in the future for whatever our banking needs may be. Morgan, thank you so much!

  Our first time dealing with vystar was through the Honda Dealership in Gainesville Florida. They gave me such a good rate that I decided to go visit them to see if they could do a refinance for me on my 5th wheel which was with a subprime lender with an astronomic interest rate. Upon going into the Alachua location I met Cindy Michel. I have been dealing with Cindy for over a year. The first day I met her I sat down in her office and said can you refinance my 5th wheel and get me a better rate. She smiled and said we can try! She did and I said I would love my truck here too but it has a lower interest rate already. She said let me see what I can do and she beat that rate too! Cindy is honest, dependable, and truly loves her job. Her years of experience show. So recently we decided we needed to upgrade our 5th wheel after experiencing issues with it and we found one. I contacted Cindy (we are actually in South Carolina with my husbands job) and I said can you help us out? She said sure let’s get this thing rolling and she made it happen! She was prompt, honest and worked non stop to make this happen. There are other things she has helped us with but I know where to go for all my banking needs! Vystar has been good to us and has proven to be a one stop bank for all our needs. Their staff is educated, hard working, and genuinely care. They work hard to give you the best rates they can. If you are in the Alachua area stop in and see Cindy along with the other vystar employees and experience what it feels like to feel like you are the most important person in the world. Thank you vystar and Cindy for all your help!

  Visited the Alachua branch today and as always used the drive thru. I was greeted by the nicest teller. Her name is Cindy Michel. With being a Vystar member for several years, I have never had someone try and sell a service exceptionally in thru drive thru. When I say jam up customer service, I mean jam up customer service. I would highly recommend her for all your banking needs. GREAT JOB CINDY!
