Dave M1"New" online platform is horrible. And they have completely dropped support for Quicken and any other personal finance tools. It's like they decided to return us to the age of dial up in their technology choices. So much for a company that named itself "digital". Not so much.

I had an appointment set for 1:15 a half hour later someone finally came to talk, two people were in front of me waiting to fix previous appointment screw ups. The gentleman finally comes dressed like slob and a bad attitude. Got nowhere with this bank 👎👎👎👎👎. Waste of time. I can’t comprehend why anyone would waste there time at establishment like this especially in this day and age. Customer service horrible teller couldn’t even speak English, nothing against that it would be nice to be able to communicate. This place is a joke

Fomo CrypBO5Sam and Ann-Marie are the absolute best! Had a vehicle lease ending and they helped secure financing to buy-out the lease. They are incredibly courteous, professional, and made the process very easy! Gave us an amazing rate too! You won't do better than Sam and Ann-Marie @ DCU

Jane Turner2I would like to say I love DCU and I love this branch. The younger Indian woman is amazing! But WOW! This chubby white guy who is working the window drive through is being SO RUDE AND professional. My transaction is taking a long time and the couple behind me has been waiting for 12 mins. He hasn’t offered to help. Instead he is scrolling on his phone, sipping McDonalds coffee, and literally making fun of people in the parking lot. Get rid of this guy. Looking at his watch constantly -all while members are waiting to access their money. Thank you!

L H4They now have a drive-up banking window as well as thr drive-thru ATM. The ATM also seems to work much better than it did at the previous location. I found it difficult to find the correct traffic pattern to exit the 1st time I went.

Stephanie4Couldn't be happier with the DCU bank in general. I closed all my other accounts with other banks because the bank offers the most bang for your buck. However, anytime you need to meet with someone from member services the wait time is at least an hour. And that's for just 1 person if front of you. It's insane...

Tim B5A terrific bank! They saved me money on my monthly car payments and shortened the amount of payments as well. Very nice people too. First come, first served for personalized service takes time in a busy bank. This seems normal to me and I have no complaints.

I took the chance to try them out and I regret it: I am going back to my old bank and I am changing all my accounts to the other place as well: people that were here in the of offices are not friendly all the time and today 1-5-2020 I went to use the ATM and I sat in line for 15 min waiting for this person to finish! I am not happy Because this bank is 15 min away from me. I also hate when I use the ATM Because half the times it’s out of order. People don’t have time to go during the day during the week and this is why they like the ATM option.

Nicole Carrion1I just wanted to say that I’ve been with DCU for the last 5 years. I loved this bank immensely, until I was personally approved for a $12,000 car loan, just to get slapped in the face to be approved for $7,500 car loan. Because of DCU, over on 257 Lowell Road, Hudson New Hampshire, I have been dealing with over a weeks time of going back & forth with a dealership over the loan. It’s been nothing but pure stress, a nuisance, unnecessary, & unprofessional. As a first time buyer, where I was originally approved, this bank has made my already stressful life, way more stressful. I have been waiting to speak to ONE representative for the last over 20 minutes. I just feel nothing more than obligated to change banks. This is beyond ridiculous & this very first loan impression is a nightmare, considering I was approved for one loan then a much lower loan. So upsetting & I am DONE with it!

m m1Just got treated like we we’re bank robbers. Tried to open an account and something showed up on our account but they wouldn’t tell us what it was. Very poor customer relations. Just left another CU and they took our business without a problem. So your loss DCU!!!
