  Understaffed..need 4 tellers. They only have one operating teller, during peak business hours.

  This was the first time I had to use this financial center and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and I got my stuff done in less than ten minutes. Would surely go there again. I was also happy to see all the staff wearing masks.

  Pretty bad service here, if you don't have an appointment and no one is waiting to be helped they will not help you.

  Service here is terrible. They refused to cash a check claiming they were unable to verify its authenticity. I explained the importance of receiving the funds that day and that I could not wait 24-36hrs for my bank to clear the check. I took it to another branch, they placed a call to the issuer of the check to verify authenticity and cleared everything right up. The 2nd branch could not understand why the other branch wouldn't just make a simple phone call. Neither do I.

  It's an older style Bank of America in a fairly decent location off of the Daniel Webster Highway, In Nashua. However, Bank of America seems to have across the board, cut back their hours. They are no longer a people's bank in my mind. If you have a business or want to make a deposit in person, you must show your ID. It is just such a HASSLE to even bank there anymore. Staff aren't that friendly actually find it humorous when people are upset by these ways.

  I've never felt like more of an inconvenience than just now! Trying to cash my jury duty checks at Bank of America (bank on the checks) and they were made out to my maiden name. I had my ID AND marriage licence and the woman caused a fuss because it wouldn't be a problem if I had an account with them. Sorry don't want to bank with you to cash my $20 check! Manager had to help and she doted over him for being so kind and helpful. It took 10 minutes to figure out how to cash my checks....but it's my fault because I don't have an account with them! You know what I definitely won't now that's for sure!!!

  I had some security theft issues with a BOA credit card that I was unable to resolve with their dial-in service people. Kerry, at this location, was extremely helpful. She even found a private office and set up a call with their fraud people and verified my identity to them so i was able to resolve the problems.

  It's a small branch, so walk-ins do need to wait, but Colleen (the greeter) made sure my friend and I were accommodated as fast as possible because we were on a meal break. Angela (the bank teller) was very helpful. I have never felt so welcomed from a bank, ever! The staff are very friendly.

  There's only one walk-up and one drive-thru ATM and they closed the branch at the mall, so this is the only BoA within 5 miles. If you like waiting for an ATM, this is the place to be because there will ALWAYS be a wait for an ATM. There have been three unused drive-thru bays for over a year but they won't add any more drive-thru ATMS.

  Where is it listed that you get charged to cash a check drawn from a BOA checking if you are not a customer. Inconveniently it it not anywhere on the main web page. Bad customer service, and a RIP off.
