  I had a phenomenal experience with Dianne as a first time home buyer. I had been referred to another lender with Draper & Kramer. While my initial conversations with that lender started out well, and I found him to be charming and funny, after our non-contingent offer on a home was accepted I was shocked by the differing numbers, quotes, and estimates of down payment and cash to close figures. On a tight budget with our first home, I found this to cause me significant distress and anxiety. Enter Dianne (2-3 weeks til closing), who salvaged my sense of trust, brought joy back to the process of buying our first home, and stayed consistent and clear from beginning to end. Her team was efficient, friendly, and effective. I cannot recommend Dianne & her team more highly. I am so incredibly grateful to Dianne for taking on our complex situation and moving us toward close with grace, nimbleness, effectiveness and speed.   Dianne and her team are hands down the best lenders in the Bay Area! In comparing my experience with others going through the mortgage lending process, I can say this with confidence. Before buying a home, I had no idea how important it was, especially in the hot housing markets of the Bay Area, to find a good lender. It makes everything about the process smoother. My twin sister bought a place the same time I did, with a different lender, and our experiences were night and day. Highly recommend!

  We tried another friend broker first. We gave the Original broker 120 painful, full doc, unsuccessful days to close, having great credit scores, under 50% LTV and over 30 years of not missing mortgage payments. Diana and her team got the loan done in 34 days, answered every call and email, same day and the team was easy to work with. Diana also came up with the creative solutions saving us money we did not originally consider. Diana and her team are highly recommended. I would give her 6 stars if possible.
