Linh Luong1Came in to ask for help with the business account. The banker seemed to have psychic ability, she did not even let me talk about what i needed. I scheduled an appointment for account mainteinance. When i came in, nobody came to help, so i have to check in at their ipad after waiting for 10 mins. There was no option for account mainteinance, so i chose open/close account as the option. Then a banker came and help me, after asking me for identification, she then procceeded with her work. I tried to stop her 2-3 times to explain to her what i needed, she just ignored me and procceed to do whatever she was doing, like she could read my mind. After going in circle of nothing getting done, i managed to explain to her what i need help with, and she was like "oh you were not clear on these" and threw the uncomfort toward us. Ma'am, you probably need to learn to listen to your customers, not like deciding what you want to do for them. If you could talk less, and not showing like you had psychic power, everything would have been easier.

aDam aDamin (aDamatGeek)1Banking there for roughly 10 years. Pulled up at the drive thru about 7 minutes to 5:00 with a customer in the 2nd or 3rd lane and another customer in the 4th or 5th lane. I assumed since they saw me, they would be willing to help me if 5:00 rolled around before I had my turn. Before I could even open my mouth, the teller had already withdrawn the cylinder used to transport various materials back and forth between the vehicle and the teller. Not even an apology as I was cut off over the speaker to only hear "We close at 5".

Jarrett Devillier5I don't enter brick and mortar banks very often, but when I do it's because I can't do what needs to be done online. I had a very serious problem that needed to be solved with extreme urgency, the team at this branch delivered. Paige Trahan led the charge with grace and poise, she never gave up and solved the issue after exploring many different options.

Brandy Norwood1The worst experience. The worst customer service came from Amber. I sat in line for 20 minutes and as soon as the car was in front of me pulled off she let her friend walk up in jump in front of me. She yelled and has the worst attitude. They need to hire better people.

Becky Fred1Waited 2 hours, representative said this location was short handed, which I understand. After the long wait I needed the restroom and she then explained that the restroom isnt public. I thought we were loyal customers. The capital one bank representative politely told me I could walk next door and use the convenience store restroom. Very inconvenient for the customer. I wont be returning, when looking for a new bank I want the location to be inviting, with excellent customer service and experience.

Walter English1Best banking reps until Branton started working at the ambassador branch. My cards were not signed and I had to sign, see id, as all my cards are. He told me I had to put my signature on the back of my card after I had used the same cards for over a year before he showed up. After a few minutes of him refusing to help me I left. Went to the drive thru next and was being helped by a nice lady when Branton arrived in the area of the teller helping me. She then came on the mic and told me she could not complete the request and I had to go inside even though covid is the reason I stayed in my car. No other branch in lafayette has ever had any issues with my transactions but any time I go to ambassador branton has to harass me for no reason. He should be rounding up garbage in the parking lot not contacting customers. 5 times i have not been able to get my business done without his delaying the process.

Jeffrey Mallory1Visited the branch today in an effort to resolve a problem with online banking. Whilst the branch was not very busy, waited 15-20 minutes for service. Apprised branch staff of the problem, and it was clear that I was heard, but not listened to. Then went through the issue three to four times on their tablet devices, only to have the known problem reaffirmed. After 45 minutes, I had no time left for this, so left the branch. Called into Capital One and was able to get resolved on the phone within 15 minutes, as the rep not only listened, she understand the problem and the technology involved. Horribly disappointed with the sheer ineptitude of the branch and the complete waste of time.

Tooches t1Your ATM stole a substantial amount of cash my wife was depositing. My wife contacted the customer service line and was told that it could take up to 45 days to resolve. I'm not sure why it would take your employees 45 days to audit the machine and realize the amount the machine is over and the cameras all aimed at the ATM shows she is telling the truth I am reasonable and understand an audit needs to be done. It's Friday evening....you have till Tuesday to teach your people to count and review video or I'm pulling my money out and going to your competitor. I also make sure everyone knows how you treat your customers and let them decide if they want to bank with an establishment who steals money and decides when to pay it back. I will be at your branch on Monday. Again you have till Tuesday to correct your error and quit treating us like thieves.
