  We closed on the sell of our condo and purchase of our home on the same day. It was a complex transaction involving wire transfers and gathering last minute information needed to complete the two closings. They accomplished everything without a flaw. They made a very stressful time much easier.

  A very frustrating experience. This organization couldn’t even handle getting my closing documents correct and came to me after closing for more money. Then they couldn’t even handle mailing out my closing documents ( in over 60 days) because they were short staffed. I understand staffing issues, but if you can’t hire, either pay more or stop taking so many clients. I will make sure to specifically prohibit any sellers from using this organization on any properties I purchase going forward.

  They were great!! I had my house closing here and I was finished in no time!! Fresh popcorn, sodas and bottled water available while you wait. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

  My dealings with them were a nightmare. They were handling a property transfer for a realtor I was using. They sent the paperwork to the wrong address and proceeded to harass me about how IRS would get the information about the sale with or without my ssn. Nasty phone calls. Also phone calls from restricted numbers. The office manager was the only one in that organization that was courteous to me. I told my realtor that she needed to use somebody else. There was never an apology for the rude behavior. I still don't know why they couldn't send the paperwork to the proper address when I gave it to them verbally months earlier.

  I called this title agency looking for some HOA help. I was desperate and had run out of options for trying to get the information I needed. The lady who answered the phone, I believe her name was Lori or close to that) was very helpful, pleasant, and was able to provide the assistance I needed. I cannot thank you enough!

  Total lack of customer service and partnership with me, as the seller who is paying for their services. Recommend you use ANY title company other than this one. Pat was completely rude and unprofessional in handling our closing. This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had with someone I paid to do a service for me!
