  Today, April 15th, 2022 my wife and I are having a relaxing Saturday afternoon. We received a notice from a credit warning service informing us OUR TRUIST MORTGAGE BALANCE HAD INCREASED BY $6,934.80!!! The next line in the message, this probably will cause a decrease in our credit rating!! Our scores are excellent. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!! This is due to a $6,934.80 shortage in our escrow. We just had a $100+ increase in our mortgage payment on January first of 2022 due to an escrow shortage. Our homeowners policy increased only $105 from 2021 to 2022. Now barely 4 monthsinto the new year there is a $7,195 shortage. HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE. TRUIST CLAIMS NO EXTRA PAYMENT CAN OVER COME THE INCREASE!! We also learned our Money Market account became a checking account after the merger between SunTrust and BBT making Truist. We have a more than sufficient funds in there for it to be a Money Market.

  The worst service ever. One day they didn’t have temporary cards, today they didn’t have stamp.. Save your time and go somewhere else. They are very rude and disrespectful

  I wouldn’t recommend this bank. As I entered the bank, without a greeting, I was shouted at by a teller, “Ma’am, you need a mask!” I ignored her until she greeted me properly. Then, my customer service rep was a loud, white woman who, without explaining, expected me to know the bank’s policy. I didn’t like the atmosphere. I don’t like the customer service... there are better competitors.

  I just opened my business accounts here. Closing everything at the “Other Bank” and moving it all here. While i waited in the lobby i was able to enjoy watching the employees engage with the customers and each other in such a fun upbeat way. “The other” bank you could cut the air with a knife. The staff at the ithet Bank will just leave you sitting or standing. But here at BB&T i left feeling so great about my decision. Their website is very easy to use as well. I can’t wait to get my personal accounts opened at BB&T as well. .

  This is the best bank in all of Florida.The people here are nothing but helpful.If you live in the area I would highly recommend these guys and gals for all your banking needs! They are honest and upfront about everything from fees to account types.Nothing hidden here.

  this is the worst bank I have ever had in 20 years that I have been banking I was removed from my company bank acct behind my back by my ex husband and he stole all the money we both sat infront of the banker and opened together therefore I should have been called we were in the middle of a divorce and then later they told someone that I had wrote a check to I was never an authorized signer and that was the president of the bank that said that . I have been with no money since this has happened I owned 50percent of our company and he should bot have been allowed to do that there was no concern for anyone in this matter

  Worked for this Bank back in the 80's at Harrison Ave. Branch. Was a wonderful place to work. (Guess I'm telling my age!😃).
