      Brian Allen is fantastic! The scenario below must have been a one off situation. I am a first time home buyer and Brian did an amazing job explaining the entire process from offer to closing. He is so patient and kind. The survey is sent out but it has an expiration. Typically we rate people poorly if we don't like the answers they give. We love DHI mortgage!

      Brian Allen was the worst person to deal with. We had the worst experience, avoid him if at all possible. He will say he can 'match' competitors interest rates but then increases fees on other parts of the loan. If you don't understand something, he gets agitated and makes you feel incompetent for asking. We were supposed to receive a satisfaction survey after closing to rate him, butwe never got it. As first time home buyers, we were very displeased.
