  As a mortgage loan officer for a local bank for 15 years, I was referred to Trident Home Loans LLC for my VA IRRRL refinance. I can tell you it was the best mortgage decision I have ever made. The Trident team was friendly, knowledgable and incredibly service oriented. Oh yeah, the rate was .375% lower than I could have gotten anywhere else. The loan closed within 30 days and the post closing experience has been first rate. In fact, I was so impressed with the entire organization, that I applied for a job and now work for Trident Home Loans. This team is first class all the way.

  Jon K and his team, Lisa and Bri, were nothing short of amazing! They were recommended by my realtor and made the home buying process so easy. I began my journey with a large mortgage company and was less than impressed with my service. When you aren’t getting the warm and fuzzies it’s okay to switch! I’m so so happy I did. They were all so friendly and available and willing to answer any questions I had. My closing costs were a fraction of what they would have been with the large company I started with. I would recommend Trident over and over again! I promise you will not regret it!

  Going Trident Home Loans was a fantastic experience. Michael Aguado was our agent. He was super prompt, friendly, and professional. I never had to follow up, as he was already on top of tracking our progression through the process. I couldn’t recommend Trident enough for new home owners and experienced ones alike.

  Had a great experience with Trident while re-financing our home. They had no qualms about me shopping around for a different closing company and had a fairly seamless process. I did have to ask for my final CD for review on the day of closing, before the mobile notary showed up, but I've done this before and knew to ask. I felt they could have scheduled out our closing date earlier, but they provided a mobile notary that worked with our schedule, so it was very easy to accommodate the fairly last minute notification. Great Rate and friendly staff that answered every question I had very quickly and efficiently.

  I've done two mortgages with Trident and they were amazing. Great rates and creativity allowed me to save over $13K between the two loans. I found their staff to far exceed my expectations and do everything in their power to make the process smooth and easy. I was really surprised to read the one negative review because I closed a loan in Jun '15 without a single issue coming up. I bet if they had talked to Stacy or the owners they would have done everything they could to address it. I highly recommend Trident especially for anyone looking to get a VA loan!

  Trident exceeded my expectations on the home buying process from the lender side. They were always available and had the best rates around. I was new to home buying and Jon, Bri, and Lisa walked me through everything. They did everything in a timely and professional manner and we were able to close on time (even early). They were always available and made sure all of my questions were always answered fast. Great job guys!!

  Mike at Trident had the best customer service of anyone, anywhere that I've ever dealt with! It was so nice to deal with a smaller company and someone who was at my call pretty much 24/7. My realtor happened to call me when I was on my last leg between 2 different mortgage companies...not happy with either. She immediately told me about Mike at Trident and I felt so relieved even before speaking with him. After speaking with him on a Saturday during a birthday party that he was at he promised me a better deal than anyone could offer on closing. Long story short he ended up getting me to a cash at close amount 25% cheaper than what we had originally agreed on! Amazing guy and amazing company!

  As first time home buyers we were a little nervous going forward and getting a loan but Trident walked us through the process and helped us get an amazing rate. As a military member they completely understood the challenges we were facing while going through a PCS and were extremely flexible. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

  Trident Home Loan made purchasing our “forever home” an amazing experience. Working with Joan and Christy made this process as worry and stress free as possible.   Update for 2021: it just keeps getting better, saving another .5% APR on super quick and smooth VA refi, saving an additional 50K+ over the life of the loan, and hundreds each month. Look anywhere you want, but you will not find a rate that will come close to what Trident can get for you, they are simply the best which comes along with great customer service from beginning to end. They are the GOLD Standard in my opinion. 2020 review: Phenomenal rate, no discount/buy down, 30 yr VA Jumbo StreamLine Refinance. Sounded too good to be true, but had used them before, so locked in immediately. Trident out of Fl (I live in TN) is amazing. People are great, got the same wonderful lady (shout out for Ashley G) and the rate was as advertised. Saved 1% off APR and hundreds each month. Highly recommended for fabulous rate and excellent service. Thank you Trident!
