  THIS IS BOTH PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT WORKING WITH JOE, THAT WOULD REFLECT JUST HOW COMFORTABLE AND INFORMED WE FELT WORKING WITH JOE. THIS WAS OUR 1ST TIME AS INVESTORS TO PURCHASE, NOT JUST (1), BUT (2) INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, AND THRU EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY, JOE WAS THERE TO HOLD OUR HAND, ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, OUR CONCERNS, AND TO GUIDE US THRU THIS MAJOR EVENT IN OUR LIFE.   Couldn't have been blessed to do business with anyone better! Janet is the BEST! Communication was my biggest thing b/c this was my 1st time buying and we even did it without a realtor. Janet was there each and every step! The mortgage process can be intimidating but with cornerstone I knew I had someone in my corner. They made my family and I very confident that we will be homeowners even in the midst of a hurricane and pandemic! I wish I could give more stars!
