      I had a recruiter reach out to me for a job in Geotechnical construction. They sold a good pitch but upon arriving at a company that I dropped my position and pay for they had no safety standards and in fact had superintendents tell me they weren't qualified for their positions they were just lucky. I was told it was unprofessional to resign my position but in construction safety is 10/10 the fact that I had to buy my own PPE was enough for anyone with high work standards to walk away. I would recommend doing more further research into the ethics and morals for companies hiring in the construction field so you do not waste or diminish good workers names.
