  Couldnt be happier with this car lot. The customer service was astounding. They really care about their customers and know that people deserve a chance to get a car that they deserve.   I have purchased two cars from them. Both times I had the same salesperson Wayne. He is so friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with either vehicle!!! Will be buying from them again in the future!!

  We got there close to their closing time and they were very patient with us. Ed and the manager were great. My only issue is that the car had a bunch of spots on the front and we didn't noticed until it rained. I guess because it was covered when they detailed the car. Other than that, the experience was 1,000 times than our 1st one which took place at their Hendersonville location.

  The process was quick and easy, picked out a car online, called and spoke with great salesman Josh. He worked out numbers and told me what I’d need when I got there. Went next day with everything I needed, drove the car, fell in love and was driving home within an hour or so. There are MANY things that put them above the standards against most other buy here pay here dealers!

  Benchmark is a great place to get a car. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in order and together. It took me 3 trips there but once I had everything it went quickly and smooth. Josh and Cathryn were great.

  Ed was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me. Carey was excellent with getting all of the paperwork sorted out quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a vehicle and might have credit issues because they never check your credit score!

  Went in to trade my vehicle. Ed was a great salesman. He didn't push me into buying like a lot of car salesmen do. The car I chose had low miles, very economical. I would definitely recommend Benchmark.

  I went to benchmark to get a car. After they told me that they had what I wanted on the lot I was told when I got there that they didn't have it. I settled for something else and decided to go on with another vehicle. Benchmark told me that I had to call the insurance company myself and add the vehicle to my insurance and add my fiance who is unlicensed to my insurance. The insurance company added him to the cards and sent them a copy. I was told that they couldn't take them. Just to add the car I had to pay $88 on the spot and I was told by benchmark that i couldn't have the car after i added it to my insurance. I left the lot without a vehicle and I am now over $300 in the hole because of the fact they wanted me to add it to my insurance. When I was dealing with the insurance company on the phone no one was willing to help me or even talk to them. Then I was pretty much told "your problem.. not mine" when I told them that I was over $300 in the hole because they wanted it added to my insurance. I would not suggest benchmark to anyone..

  Ashley Jay, this simply isn't true. We told you from the beginning that you both had to be listed on the insurance policy because you were both on the contract. The binder that was sent by the insurance company that night only had your name on it. We cannot allow a vehicle to be delivered until insurance is properly in place. Your fiance was not on the policy as you stated. You became irate because it was the end of the day and this meant that you would not be able to take the vehicle that night. There was nothing we could do about it because we cannot deliver a vehicle until insurance is in place. What happened between you and the insurance company is out of our control, as you are welcome to use whichever provider you prefer, and we have nothing to do with their fees or policies. For what it's worth, the insurance company will reimburse you if you ask. We are sorry it didn't work out.

  Thank you to all the staff; with an extra Thank You to Paul, our salesman who worked with me ALL WEEK! While I looked, test drove, & rejected the vehicles I didn't feel were for me. Extremely friendly & patient staff. Definitely recommend Benchmark Asheville! Love waking up with my new vehicle in the driveway! 😀
