  We worked with Sarah and her team on the mortgage for our new home. We were in the midst of a both purchasing and selling as closures and changes due to COVID-19 were just starting and there was a lot of uncertainty. Sarah and her team (especially Cameron) helped us go from contract to close in less than 30 days. They were super responsive at every step of the process, always willing to explain things when we had questions, gave us good advice, and were very kind. We particularly appreciated the personalized video presentation/explanation that Sarah sent with the initial lending information, which explained costs, rates and cash to close for different purchase prices. It was easy to understand and helpful to reference. We always felt we were being well taken care of by Sarah's team and appreciated their willingness to accelerate the process to help us close as quickly as possible during such an uncertain time.   Sarah Leone was key player in making my house purchase as smooth as possible. The contract was on a rushed schedule. As with many house purchases, several urgent issues came up, but Sarah knew how to quickly resolve them, guide me through it and make sure to keep me and the process on track. All this with very professional approach, yet also very personable touch and keen attention to my needs and the myriad details of the whole process. Sarah and her co-pilot Cameron took the brunt of the stress factors, coordinating with all the parties involved (lender, realtor, attorneys, assessor, insurance agency, etc), while calmly keeping me reassured not to worry, that all would work out ... which it did thanks to their expertise and diligent work! Not to mention, while all this was going on, Sarah and Cameron kept everything on upbeat and fun perspective, making it a pleasure to work with her team.

  Sarah was amazing from the very beginning! We had an easy conversation over the phone to get pre-approved and the process was fast!! She has a great app you can download on your phone to easily submit documents, watch educational videos and get updates on your loan process. She even makes some videos specially for you, designed to help you understand your loan options. She gives you a call and leaves a voicemail or shoots you and email just to update you, even if everything is running smoothly! She will just let you know there’s nothing for you to do, her team is working hard and to have a good weekend. She really made the entire mortgage process easy and as stress free as it can be.
