  I switched who I was working with and I am glad I did. It was an easy transition, only dealt with one person week to week vs multiple that didn't know about my search. Ramy was a pleasure to work with felt like I knew him before we met. Every question or concern I had he made it very easy to understand which made buying a house less stressful. I viewed a house and as soon as they accepted my offer he made sure everything was on the ball rolling and I closed less than a month after viewing. He is so knowledgeable about mortgages and the financials necessary to close. I didn’t know the process would be so detailed but billy made it so easy ensuring the bank had all the right financial documents and I was cleared to close in 8 days!! He locked in a great rate for me during such a delicate economical time when interest rates were climbing daily saving me hundreds of dollars per month.
