  We recently bought a home with the help of Dexter and Cherry Creek Mortgage. We were first time home buyers navigating through a complicated and stressful process. We originally had arrangements with a different lending company which didn’t work out. Dexter came in with only 2 weeks left to close and made it happen. Without Dexter we probably would’ve still been searching for a house in a very difficult buyers market. We are forever grateful for his service. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, helpful and available then Dexter is your guy.

  Buying a home is such an emotional process. For us it was 9 months of ups and downs, where getting from point A to point B took on a detour to points C-Z first. Dex was not only there to help us understand the whole process but literally talk through our fears, anxiety, and celebrate the wins along the way (much like our personal therapist). You can count on him to deliver on his promises and just maybe make a new friend along the way (we did!). Thank Dex for helping us get into our dream home when nobody else could.

  Dexter did a great job of being available and answering all our questions in a timely manner. He understands what he’s doing as well as his client’s needs. He is efficient and is able to communicate much of the mortgage jargon we were not accustomed to. Dexter was great throughout our whole process and has an infectious, positive energy. I would not hesitate to recommend Dexter to any home buyer as he really is an asset to have on your team.

  Only reason it’s not 5 stars… I wish a small fight or waiver would be for me to receive some money back. Offering some kind of money back incentive would be great for home buyers and refinance. I am giving 5 stars to Dexter Gregory for riding this roller coaster with me and my family. Thank you for all you have done and most of all keeping me laughing and smiling through some challenging times in the process. You are awesome!

  Dexter does a fantastic job. He truly cares about the people he is working with and helping. His communication is great and by whatever means works for his clients. (Call, text, email etc). While he was able to help me out, I have heard that even if he’s not able to help you out he will check in with you and answer any questions he can. He truly cares about you as a person... you’re not just another client. 10/10 would recommend.
