      The online bill pay is awful. I've had several of my payees say payment was not received, or the payment was delayed, resulting in late fees. The website says the bill will be delivered by a certain date, but apparently, that is just an estimate and is not guaranteed. I never had this problem with my old bank. The customer service is less than helpful. They are a joke. I just wanted to give a credit union a shot, and I guess this was a far miss.

      I had a previous loan with Bellco before and went fine This time around horrible. I will be looking to refinance a soon as possible. Lost my documents. Took way to long to process and send to DMV so I can get my title registered. Not impressed.

      We have used our local branch for two years, and have had no issues. The customer service style is chatty, so exchanges can take a bit longer, but I will take that over a souless corporate bank. We worked with them for a recent car loan and are satisfied with the experience. We are moving to a different area of town and will keep our accounts open. In sum, a simple credit union that gets the job done for us.

      We just spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone to disable bill pay on my wife's log-in. None of the representatives knew what to do or how to do it and transferred us up and back between Acct Services and Bill Pay Support. Three of the reps apologized for the previous rep "not understanding what we wanted" and then misunderstood it again. The last rep tried to have us do it on-line although no option as she described exists on the web interface. Bellco has continued a very long slide downhill. After 40 years of being a member, our continued relationship is very much in doubt.

      I got an auto loan through them from a dealership that was equally awful (Kelly Truck Center Lakeland, FL) they were never able to set up auto pay, calling customer service was a roll of the dice if you were to find someone that knew what they were doing. There was many time where i would request something and they would promise but never call back.

      Quite literally the worst phone services ever. I must talk to at least 3 people every time I want to pay my auto loan. I also have to jump through hoops to pay automatically. Come to think of it, at the moment I’ve just been on hold for 35 minutes to pay my auto loan bill, only to have been redirected. It never fails.

      Bellco offers the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of receiving. I took out an auto loan with the branch on Milwaukee Street while living in Denver then moved back home to New Orleans a year later. In order to register my car in the state of LA, the DMV requires the original title. I have called bellco nine times now regarding the matter. The first seven attempts resulted in nothing but misinformation from undertrained, ignorant, and sometimes rude employees who promised that my title would be sent (it obviously never was). The woman I spoke with the seventh time finally gave me the correct information, which required that I have the DMV in New Orleans fax a title transfer request to the title department. I sat with the DMV employee as she did this, making sure the fax number was correct. Two weeks later I had not heard from either the title department nor my DMV so I bellco yet again (twice- the first time i was on hold until the title department closed, about an hour) only to find that they never received the form. This ordeal has now cost me at least 16 hours and is about to cost me more time, as I now have to go back to the dmv to do exactly what was done a few weeks ago. Aside from this, Bellco has billed me twice for "late payments" that I had, in fact, paid. While trying to audit these supposed delinquent payments I had to call their office multiple times as well, as each representative told me that the "delinquent" payment was from an entirely different month than the representative before him. (cross referencing these payments with my bank was difficult since I had to actually go into the establishment and have a banker pull up payments from more than 18 months prior.) The only representative who has been of any help has been Stephanie from the Milwaukee Branch. All others have been unpleasant and/or negligent. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY. GO TO THE BANK OF DENVER.

      I submitted an online dispute on a charge from Redbox on 5/14/20. Sent documentation, comments, etc., was told on 7/23/20 that they would be forwarded an reviewed. On 8/4/20 received a statement from Bellco that due to lack of additional information they were going to discharge the dispute and pay Redbox, very disappointed.

      Seems like a consistent note on Bellco reviews, hang ups by customer service when having to deal with challenging issues. Also signed up for a Bellco Visa jointly with my wife and the card has only one main person with access, not both of us. The rewards program , which they heavily market, is totally separate and Bellco send no information on how to access or how it all works. So the assumption would be they want people to not know how to access and eventually not use points. Feeling duped by Bellco right now. Luckily have other banking options.

      Do not get your loan or lease through this company. They are awful with charging extra fees, making payments online etc. I even paid my vehicle off early and they charged fees for that! Every time I called to customer service there were long hold times and rude service.. even though we have had 3 vehicle loans with them!!
