  April Foth assisted me with a refinance. She was professional and personable. She made the process so easy and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable the whole way through! I spoke with other reps from other companies, and they did not give the same type of customer service or genuine care. So, I would definitely recommend Blue Spot home loans! Ask for April if possible! Also - their portal is easy to use (a big plus) and I got a really low interest rate compared to other offers.

  I found Blue Spot through bankrate.com and was a little leery as I had never heard of them but the rates were to good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly the reps were that I spoke with. Everything (except the closing) was done through DocuSign and I was blown away by the entire process, company website and their professionalism. I have closed on at least 10 different loans throughout my life and I am in the financial service industry so I was no stranger to dealing with mortgage companies. Blue Spot was by far the best and easiest loan experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend using them for any of your borrowing needs.
