  Pleased to close another transaction with Desiree and her team including Cari. Normally I work with Desiree on the buyer side of things and have always been impressed with how diligently she works with my buyers, however this time I had the fortune to experience Desiree's services from the Listing side of things... as she happened to be the lender for the buyer's on one of my listings. Communication was exceptional throughout the loan process keeping me, as the listing agent, updated as to the status of the loan progression.... (.. this is super IMPORTANT in keeping everyone's nerves calm) and yet she was careful not to release any confidential information about her clients (which THIS time were not ALSO my clients).   When making a big purchase like a home you HAVE to work with people who you can trust. Desiree and Cari are trustworthy and patient. They answered all my many questions even down to the tedious ones. I appreciate how communicative they both are. Most importantly they are PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE and will be ahead of the ball making sure that everyone else involved in the closing process is doing their job to ensure we close on time! It's our second time working with Desiree and her team and we will continue to go to them for all our mortgage needs!
