  Rob Beckner is a dynamite lender!! If you need a mortgage and you want it done right, then go to Rob Beckner! If you want professional people to work hard on your behalf, then go to Rob Beckner! Rob and his team saved me from having the seller go with another buyer after my original lender had issues with the property that I was buying. I needed a new lender and I needed one fast. I contacted Rob and explained what was going on. He said he could get it done in 3 weeks and he delivered! Heather on the production team was outstanding!! She answered every question that I had and always got back with me promptly! The rates they offered were the best that I had seen. I cannot stress enough how great the experience was with Rob Beckner as my lender!! Anyone near Seattle or Bellevue this is your guy for a home mortage!!!

  Pierce was very transparent on possible interest rates based on type (30 yr, 7 year ARM, etc). Obviously rates are subject to change, but that sort of information helped me decide to go through with my refinance.

  Pierce was amazing, He treated us like real people and made sure that the decisions that were made were in our best interest. We went to other banks but due to his honesty and drive, we chose fairway. Ultimately we got everything we wanted that the other banks couldn’t offer us.
