  I'm really glad my colleague recommended Dan. I had spoken to 4 different people before chatting with Dan and non of them were as responsive and informative. Dan was easy to get a hold of, up front and was great about explaining every detail throughout the process. I'm a first time house buyer so I had a lot of questions. Dan had no issue answering any of them. Thanks to Dan we landed the houses we love.

  My loan needs while not totally weird were rather unique and Dan worked with me to find the best options to fit my needs. He was always fast to respond to questions and issues.   I have to say that doing a refinance or financing a new home are not activities that make me smile. As someone who works in the Financial Services industry for some time, I am always looking for efficiencies for my clients and expect the same for myself. Dan is first class, efficient, and his team is on the ball. I even got email responses at 8 pm. I thought I was the only one who did that. Let's face it getting all of the documents together for a refinance is a real PIA, but Dan and his team are on target and following up. Here is the kicker. They do what they say they are going to do.   Dan is da man. If you want to feel secure with the biggest purchase of your life, you need a trustworthy lender. Dan is super knowledgeable; stays in-the-know with all that is going on in the mortgage and finance world (and even has a podcast). He translates this information in an easy to understand, and personable way, and made us feel super comforable every step of the way.   Dan and his team were exceptional to work with, particularly as we were first-time home-buyers. He personally took the time to rush our pre-qual through so that we could submit a bid less than 24-48 hours after we provided him with the necessary information on a weekend (and clearly told us what was needed). Later, his team's reputation for delivering quickly helped us get our ultimate bid accepted. Once our offer had been accepted, Dan and his team operated quickly and kept us clearly informed at every step of the process. He was constantly watching rates and took the time to walk me through questions from a newbie. Being always available (even at the last minute, jumping on a call on a Sunday afternoon) and having a efficient, communicative team was awesome. Finally, Dan helped referred us to our agent, knew the seller's agent, and helped refer us to a contractor. That sort of local network was invaluable in the hot Eastside market.   I was really nervous with the idea of purchasing my first home and with the whole loan process. From the moment I applied for preapproval to the moment I closed on my home sale Dan was always super response and took the time to answer all my questions about what was happening and what needed to happen when. I had applied with a few other lenders for preapproval but Dan was the only one who actually made me feel comfortable in what was happening and not just trying to get another customer. I honestly didn't think that the loan would be one of the easiest parts but it definitely was on the less stressful side. Super professional and super quick, Dan really did a great job. There were several issues with different things in my home buying process but we were still able to close on time and I definitely attribute part of that to Dan and how fast and responsive he was when helping me out. Definitely recommend, Dan is THE man! :)
