  Tim was very professional and worked with us every step of the way. We were overseas when we started thus process and Tim was instrumental in guiding us to the people we needed to help us with this project. We would use him and the company again.

  The older gentleman today was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had simple questions on modular homes vs double wide mobile homes. He then talked down at me like I didn't know anything. And he began talking about they don't hold conform to building codes but most of them do and my friend who is a master electrician stated any new mobile home has to conform to all state and national building codes. Will never go here again.

  You are not comparing apples to apples is all. Most are not happy with their HUD code products. I have been here a long time and simply tried to warn you and hope you at least buy a real home. I wish you luck and thanks for stopping in to see our Homes!

  Waited in the office home for approximately 10 minutes while man was on phone. Looking for garages and found them with prices in their pamphlet. Decided to leave. As I was almost to my car the man came out and asked if I found what I needed. I told him yes, I was looking at prices for garages and he told me that you have to buy a house to get a garage. I think they could make some extra money selling garages. 🤔

  Sorry for your dsissapointment in garages. We are in a whole new era of building and a garage by itself requires us to outsource trusses and that is taking way to long to get those for our customers at this time. Hopefully we revisit them someday. Thanks for stopping in!
