  Amanda P and Aimee were amazing to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I switched banks and refinanced my auto loan. I had the privilege to work with both of them. I was able to accomplish everything in the same day. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother. Excellent customer service!!

  When I opened the account, she wasn’t very informative or good at explaining details. She just assumed I knew all the small details. There were some details I didn’t find out until after the account was open and I asked multiple questions just to try to get the answers. They ran out of debit cards which we weren’t told until after the account was open. We made the appointment in store to try to get all the details & to have a debit card right away and neither of those things were accomplished. On top of that, I went online to log into my account and deposit funds and it says the checking account isn’t valid. So I’m not sure what happened & how there’s no account that I signed papers for. Very frustrating.

  I couldn’t be more happier with this credit union! They have taken care of me time after time with all my loans! Recently got a loan for a rv with Aimee and she was fantastic! Went back and forth with the rv dealer on pricing and she never complained once on the dozen or so calls I had to make to her! Very professional and extremely helpful! Thank you!!

  I tried to get a loan for a house through them already got preapproved back in last winter, had to get reapproved because I found a nice house at the end of the summer. Been on an off of work due to Covid but I’ve save money from every where, have amazing credit and they still took 15 days to get in contact with me on the results of my loan. They could have contacted me instead of my realtor very poor communication and I will not being returning to them. They took my money for an appraisal that was fine but they couldn’t get me approved first said I was approved and that they needed to get a full preappoval letter well they went out of there way to ask my boss personally if I was back to work which I am just not full time just yet due to Covid, and they just chose to deny me the very next day on day 15. Poor service. Didn’t even have the audacity to email me.

  I normally don't give bad reviews, but thus place has gone so far downhill. This place used to be a prime time location to make your deposit and get on with your day but lately each transaction takes 20 minutes, cause several people to be late and frustrated. Get it together, you know your busy times so plan accordingly
