  This credit union is run more like a bank. I don't see the benefits of doing my banking here anymore. Switching to a credit union that cares about there members.

  I’ve had so many bad experiences with this bank. I am a college student in Madison and I use Uber quite frequently (I’ve made this bank well aware of it too) they’ve cancelled my card on multiple occasions because I took 3 Ubers in one month because it seemed “suspicious”, not only that but they failed to tell me they were shutting down my card. Horrible communication and service on their part

  Hello Ally, I'm sorry you feel your experience with Fond du Lac Credit Union has been poor. We work hard to create exceptional member experiences. I've looked at the history on your account and did not see any issues with your debit card since January. Our debit card company, Shazam, watches for fraudulent and suspicious activity on all our debit card accounts. Uber was definitely on the "watch list" because of their huge security breach in the past. Shazam does, however, contact members via telephone and text message before freezing the card when they believe there has been suspicious activity. They also confirm with the member whether the transaction is legitimate or not. If it is, the card use is restored.   Very friendly, quick to help resolve any issues I've had. Might not always be the best rates for loans, but it is what it is. Been banking here for 25 years and no complaints.

  I have always had really good experiences with FDLCU! They have been extremely helpful with all of my lending needs. Everyone of the employees who have helped me in the past were always really nice and friendly.
