  Excellent group to work with. They are dedicated to their work and helping the customer. We had a lot of issues with our house purchase all being the sellers fault and Desert Springs Mortgage did everything in their power to correct the issues. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

  When in the bottom of the 9th, the preferred lender gave up on me. So, I reached out to Mitch with Desert Springs and I wish I would have just started with them. Not only did Mitch and his team get me a house loan, they also got my an amazing rate and they got the closing done in record timing!! Next time I need a mortgage, I’m going to Desert Springs. As well as, going to refer anyone I know that needs a mortgage too. Thanks Desert Springs!

  Mitch Stam worked very hard to make sure that I received the best rate and mortgage to fit my requirements. I have been through the home purchasing experience a few times.   My wife and I recently bought a home with the help of Jeremy Boillot and Shana Audett at Desert Springs Mortgage & Financial. Desert Springs has an amazing and trustworthy team. Jeremy was our mortgage broker and he helped us understand everything that goes into buying a home. Anytime we had questions all we had to do was give him a call and he was always there for us. As a first time buyer we were nervous, but in then end with Jeremy's help we felt confident when it came making all of our decisions. When it came time to close Jeremy locked us in at a lower interest rate than when we started the process, and with conservative planning our monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were lower than expected. I highly recommend going with Jeremy and the people at Desert Springs Mortgage & Financial and I will revisit them again if I decide to refinance or buy another home. Thank you all so much!
