Andy Wolfe2The staff is competent and Lisa is personable enough. My complaint is with their policy of mailing out a late notice before my payment is late and then charging me $10 for their premature notice. I've had my seven accounts for nine years and they only started doing this about six months ago. It's like when the Banks don't make enough on interest they look for other ways to gouge you, whether it's contractual or not. (It's not)

Mary Justice1I have had several issues with Westar. The most recent is the my Homeowners policy that they cannot seem to figure out. I tried talking to them at least THREE TIMES EXTENSIVELY. Still they are charging me the same price as 2016 and I end up having to pay the difference in June to my Company because they can't get it right. the originally. I had Liberty Fax my documentation to the number they gave me WITH my Westar account number in the top right corner labeled 'Reference #' and when I called to see what was going on after giving them more than a week to straighten it out . . . . I find out they LOST MY PAPERWORK THEY SENT. did Westart call me and let me know ? Nope! I always pay all of m bills, but my budget is really tight. Instead of being a pleasurable and none stressful experience this is what I have. I asked for solutions and I gave several suggestions so I can get my monthly mortgage figured out instead they tell me how they don't do the numbers till Feb. that would would be fine if the job was done correctly the first time or the second year this problem came up. The following instructions to the 'T' didn't work in June and still hasn't been address and its Oct. now. My mortgage payment is a big deal to me and the manner in which this has been handled is poorly done. If you want people who care about your business find a different company.

Mike McNulty5I have Weststar along with other servicing agencys. Weststar is by far the best one. Very courteous staff and a pleasure to deal with. Aprille Griffin was a saving grace with a title company I hadn't used before that took two months to get their act together where other title companies could do it in two days. Thanks to Aprille she was the driving force to finally get the matter straightened out. A BIG thank you to Aprille!!

Larry Quick1More than 2 years after I refinanced they're still trying to auto debit my account for a mortgage that dosent exist. Beware of this company.

I've spoken to the Phoenix staff and we don't have any record of this type of incident or your name in our system. Would you mind emailing me directly so that I can work with you closer? Each Weststar location has it's own database so I'm curious if it was for another Weststar office. Also, there is more than one Weststar Mortgage in the country and unfortunately we do get several of their complaints with people thinking it's us.
