  Curtis Bittner was very knowledgeable. I was turned down by a few places prior and lost all hope with refinancing my home. When Goldwater Bank reached out to me, I applied through Curtis and he was able to work up an option that got me qualified and saved me money. I was fortunate enough to have Curtis work on my loan and was very pleased with the way he handled everything through out the process.

  We were referred to Goldwater Bank through inquiring about a Harp loan. The process was fairly simple until we got our appraisal. It was extremely lower than I knew the value of the home should be, prompting me to look elsewhere. I found another company that would charge for an another appraisal unless we closed the loan. When that appraisal came back, it was exactly where I thought it should be based upon the homes around us and comps. I contacted Goldwater Bank to tell them we found another company and that the new appraisal was more accurate. In what I believe to be a trick, I was told they would like to see the new appraisal in order to possibly get me a refund on my first appraisal. The next thing I knew, I was contacted by the representative I was working with, informing me that they could use the appraisal from the other mortgage refinance company and beat their rate. My immediate response was that was unethical and I would not do that. I did still inquire about our refund (which was the original purpose of me sending him the competitive appraisal). After two follow-ups and not getting an answer until I mentioned writing a google review, I was informed that their management would not approve a refund. I do not believe it was ever their intention to even consider giving me a refund, it was just a way for them to still try to close the deal with me, using someone else's appraisal. Very unprofessional to even attempt that and I would not recommend using Goldwater Bank.

  Wonderful customer service and professional. They were patient and addressed with all my questions and Concerns. Exceptional experience, I will always be using Goldwater and telling all my friends to do so as well. I felt Confident in there abilities so I could leave them to take care of everything and I could focus on other areas.

  I had a positive experience with Goldwater Bank. When I purchased my car back in 2014, the dealership had me go through them. The interest rate was about 6% and I went into the bank to talk about lowering it as I had a pretty good credit score and the loan officer brought it down 1% which saved more a little over $1,000. Pretty great, I think. They would send monthly invoice letters 2 weeks before they withdrew from my account which is nice for a bank to do. If I ever had a question, I would e-mail them and they would always get back to me within a couple days with an answer. Thank you.

  I had the pleasure of working with sean fish on my refinance of my home. Myself and my wife we more than happy with the company as a whole, and the way sean treated up.
