Sarah B1I went to open a checking and savings account and Kevin in account services was very rude and unprofessional. He upset me so much that I left and went to another branch. I do not recommend this location.

Estela Wilkinson5Came in to replace my debit card due to unauthorized activity, I was a little disappointed that they stopped doing temporary cards, But this quickly changed because Allan helped me with ordering a new card and installing my digital wallet something I was very hesitant to do. He also helped with submitting a claim after having some small talk about a recent trip and debit transaction something he did not have to do. He was very courteous, fast and efficient. He made the 20 min I spent at the bank one of the best experiences ever. Great Job Wells Fargo for having amazing employees like Allan working for you!!!

Kaitlynn Nelsen1If I could give this branch zero stars I would. I guess they are understaffed because it takes an hour to do anything at this bank. The drive through tellers think they work at dutch bros and like to chat with customers for 10 minutes instead of just doing their jobs and handling business. Every time I come through the line it's a 30 minute wait. Save your time and avoid this bank

Aliko BeLazy5So I got Pat and went into simply cash a check and I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. She asked for two forms of ID I had an ID and a copy of my social she was happy to take it but informed me to try to bring the original copies. She cashed my check with a smile. No hassles. I'd say if you get Pat she's a good tell her and you're lucky to have her.

Honda Ryda1Drive up services only??? Don't even try and blame tye B's on covid. If you need more employees it's a simple equation. Offer better pay, hours, working conditions and benefits. The people will come.

Marissa Fallas5Lawrence is great! We had returned check and and issue due to the ATM. (Don’t use an atm if you want to deposit money that you need quickly) however, he made phone calls to the various places and stopped us from having to wait days for our money! He also put up with my less than friendly attitude, very professionally. Keep up the good work!

And when I pointed out how he was being rude and asked what his name was all the sudden he could hear me and hung up...
