  I have 4 accounts at this branch, went in to open another for a new business and they told me I would have to wait couple weeks! A bank is supposed to understand I cannot co-mingle funds. B of A has collapsed as a professional banking business. Time to accept the inconvienence of changing banks and move on with all my accounts.

  Why have a telephone number if nobody answers and the automation hangs up on you? Horrible customer service. What I need isn't on the website either so I guess I'm out of luck.

  Our company would be out of business if we had this level of customer service. More people have left out the door that have been served standing in line for 20 minutes now. Seems like you would know to have adequate staff? Absolutely absurd

  telephone service at the apache Trail branch in Arizona is never answered. Get cut off (goodbye) without the option of staying on the line for the next available representitive. Very disappointed with this service, why have phones in the branch when customers can't reach anyone!

  They we're open on Saturday.. That was great as I had a payment due that same day.. It got posted immediately & I didn't have late charges.. That was great.. Very happy customer here...

  Recently had to start going here to withdraw money from my unemployment benefits. Since BoA is the bank that handles all of AZ's UI accounts. It doesn't matter if you go in there with everything you need and make the transaction as quickly as possible. These dudes will sit there snickering to each other and constantly let out condescending sighs as you try to collect your money. It's a disgusting way to treat the less fortunate who have had their businesses shut down by the epidemic or been put out of work because of it. Obviously not every employee there does this, however there is about three of them that will treat you like you are a burden to them each time you come to withdraw.

  Worst bank ever! Tried to transfer funds to my mom's account and did not have the account number on me. Teller refused to even look up my mom's info. He was just sitting there with no customers and instead of helping me he refused. I have done this many times at other BofA's with no problem at all. I will be switching all my accounts to another bank.
