  The service at this location was outstanding, especially the banker Giovanni was amazing and very knowledgeable! I would recommend desert financial to everyone who is looking for an institution to manage their banking needs!

  Highly recommend Desert Financial! their customer service is always great. I currently do my banking at another institution and during these trying times it has been so difficult to see a live person, or get the necessary help that I need. When I come in to Desert Financial, Ashley the teller there is always nice and welcoming not to mention the manager Sheila she will always approach the line using peoples names carrying on a conversation while members wait to do their transaction. The entire staff is always personable and willing to help you in any way! They certainly care about your needs. If your looking for a great Credit Union definitely check this one out!! 😊

  Desert Financial Credit Union is a terrific place. Friendly and helpful employees are ever ready to serve with a smile. I have not had an unpleasant encounter ever! The tellers are cheerful, and the banking staff is informative. Ms. Sheila Smith, the branch manager at the Fry's location is quite a genial professional. She has always greeted me by name regardless of the time of day or pace of business.The location of her branch is a great convenience to me! The ladies there are always helpful and solicitous. I have interacted for account purposes with several young people there including McKenzie and Ashley Symons. All were courteous to a fault in every transaction. Ashley appears to be truly dedicated and enthusiastic about her work there. It's nice to have such a place so conveniently placed.

  Ashley Symons and Sara helped me open a new account and they were amazing. They got me in right away and explained everything to me in detail. They have great customer service. I appreciate everything that they do for their members!! I highly recommend this Financial Institution!

  To make it simple...Desert Financial is really good, and generally the employees are great, but the third-party credit card company that they use is the WORST !!! Stick to the Desert Financial debit card, never had a problem with it. Nothing but problem from Day 1 with their Credit Card !!!

  From the minute my daughter-in- law Shannon , already a member over three years, introduced me to the wonderful manager, Sara at the Apache Junction branch, everyone - Giovanni , Ashley , Brittany - and everyone else whose names escape me- has been nothing but kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I drive from my home in Mesa now just to do my banking there because it’s a great experience every time. I am going through a very difficult time right now and I am forever thankful for the staffs’ acts of kindness. Thank you 😊

  Sara and the staff at this location have helped my grandma so many times and they’ve been so kind to her and help her in any way possibly. I don’t bank here but after many times I’ve seen how they go out of their way for my grandma I will definitely be moving my banking here to this location. Thank you Sara and everybody on the team for being so awesome. Keep up the great member service it’s definitely seen.

  Aboustly the best bank in the vally! I've been was desert financial now for about 5 years. I ended up leaving my other bank because they left me on hold for 5 hours. Desert financial is amazing they are quick to call back. Quick to let me know there has been suspicious activity which I appreciate so much even when I moved to Mesa they called to tell me there was someone using my card. It's always a sigh of relief knowing they have my back and my moneys in a safe place. Not to mention all the colors are always fantastic on point and patient and ready to work with you ! I can not speak highly enough of this bank i recomend it to all my friends. I love the their all personal with you they get to know you and they actually care about you as a person. Covered was a strange time as far as money went having to move unemployment between banks but they were happy to do it and work with it threw me! I wish that there was a 10 star option because I would definitely give it to them. Thank you guys for everything you do i appreciate it . I plan on saying with this bank until I move out of Arizona which won't be anytime soon.
