  This is the second Derrell worked with me within 12 months! One was for a purchase and the other was to refinance. And both times, I have not one bad thing to say. Professional, courteous, respectful and very understanding. I feel at ease when communicating with him. He'll meet your expectation and more!   Derrell is the best!!!! I was qualified for 340,000 with one lender and when i went to Derrell he got me up to 500,000!! I bought a beautiful new construction home with my wife and we love it. We must have called Derrell every day and the best thing is that he answers his phone on the weekend. Chase bank didn't offer that service. What an amazing guy. Thanks Derrell we love the home!!

  Eileen was great. After having done all of this several times and have it go no where...I was discouraged. She sent us emails, reminders, calls and was always available to answer any questions we had. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and not stressful at all. Eileen really should teach a class on how to help people through this process.
