  Julia was our Lender who helped us through our home buying experience and we couldn't have asked for better service through out this process.   Alex is a professional, knowledgeable and personable individual. He made the loan process easy, transparent and pleasant. Prior to working with Alex, my husband and I had recently refinanced a home, which has since been sold, and the experience was quite different. Alex advised us to pay down our debt to lock us into a better rate. The estimated down payment, and rate were lower when our new home closed. Alex always made himself available to both me and my husband. For example, during the escrow process I had my purse stolen and Alex advised me how to protect my identity. In addition, he accompanied me to the Los Angeles registrar's office to ensure that our grant deed was in all in order. My husband and I have already recommended Alex's services to our friends and family and we will continue to do so. Thank you Alex!

  Frank and Monique helped me accomplish my dream of owning a home. Never did i think it'd be possible but they made it happen.   If you are looking for some one to put 110% effort and dedication Ofelia Garduno is the one!! It was such an amazing journey shopping for first home. We went to other people looking for help, and no one was able to help us or wanted up to 10k up front, Ofelia was able to help us right away explained out options and were able to purchase our first home in less than a month with very little money!!! She explained every document and is very dedicated to what she does,went above and beyond made us feel like family and are very fortunate to be able to work with her. Extremely satisfied!!
