  EXCELLENT SERVICE ! I have been buying my cars there for the last 15 years.. I love the fact that they are a family owned business for over 30 years. You don't see that anymore. They treat you like family from start to finish. I have never been disappointed with their customer service, they guarantee their work and are proud to put their name on it!

  I have called the owner of this dealership many times and left several voicemail messages to return my call. I have been brining my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 for minor Oil Change Service which included a complimentary multi point inspection each time I would bring it in. At any time not anyone mentioned to me that my brakes needed to be changed. Between my last two oil changes the brakes damaged the rotors. How can this be missed? I have always trusted you guys to let me know what exactly my vehicle needed so that It wouldn't come to this. Not only was I charged for brakes and rotors but the Service Employee David Dew try to charge me just for inspecting the airbags when nothing of costs was mentioned at the beginning. I would like the owner to call me back so that you can at least reimburse me for half of the costs! I feel that your Service and quality of work has definitely decreased this past year! It's a shame because I have been bringing all my vehicles to your Dealer and I have also been recommending a lot of my co-workers and friends to you guys. Please look my name up in your system and return my call!!!

  Everyone here is really friendly! I took my car in thinking I needed new brakes because the BRAKE indicator light was coming on. Jim was nice and kept me aware of what they had found. Turns out I didn't need new brakes, just some brake fluid and a brake system flush. Dependable Dodge runs an honest, efficient Service and Repair Department!

  I Was helped by Jeff “The Beatle”, he made the process so much easier, would Definitely recommend coming to this dealership in Canoga park and asking for him. He wasn’t pushy like most salesmen are when you walk into the dealership & he seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us find what we wanted; (wasn’t an overwhelming experience at all). I love my new Jeep Wrangler, thanks for the great help Jeff!

  After a horrendous experience with Russell Westbrook and getting ripped off by Rydell, I was almost done with getting my Jeep serviced in the Valley. I drove out of my way to goto Dependable, and Dwayne Walker and his team took good care of my Wrangler. They reflashed my PCM and did a bunch of other fixes and my eight year old Jeep is driving like new. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use their Service Department in the future.

  We had a great experience buying a new truck at Dependable Dodge. Dependable Dodge sent us a letter offering us a very generous offer for a trade in on our older Dodge Charger. I didnt even know the dealership existed! I went to the dealer thinking it was some trick to get us in the door. The sales staff was friendly, knew their inventory and had a great selection of vehicles. They honored the offer from the letter and actually made us a smokin deal on our new truck. We were in and out fairly quick, without any upsell or hard sales pitch. I recommend them every time someone asks me about my new truck. Regarding their service department: 5 stars! Ive had to go back for service a couple times. Once for bodywork. Once for maintenance. The service guys were fast, friendly and very professional. I wont hesitate to take my truck back here for service. Great work guys thanks.

  Nice guys, transaction went smoothly. I love the car, a 2017 Jeep Renegade Limited, I would have given them 5 stars except I found out the air didn't work on the way home, a hundred miles away. It's certified so I expect my local dealer will fix it.

  I am giving 3 stars only because they did not accept the oil change coupon. They said it's lot of work for them to get the coupon reimbursed which is just lazy from their side. But I would still recommend this place because people were nice and professional. They responded to my call quickly and setup an appointment immediately which I really appreciate.

  They are a little hard to get a hold of on the phone but their service once on site is excellent. I want to point out Hector in particular. This guy has great service skills. Thx Hector!
