  WOW! I never give reviews but this one is a must. I been a BOA customer for years and come make deposits for business 6xs a week. Now I see why this location has 1.7 stars . Erika Moreno must be the worst teller I have dealt with, right off the bat she was completely rude. I waited in line for a long time as these lines make me feel like I’m at Disneyland. She was upset for the amount of deposits I had to make and made it seem like it was my fault the line was long. If I can rate this teller I would definitely say a negative star.

  No matter what time in the day you come there's huge line and out of 5 employees only 2 of them are actually working and rest are chilling behind the counter unaware of the huge line like wth! If you dont like your job and cant serve the customers then please look for another job! Thanks

  The teller who helped me was incompetent and slow. I told her she was holding up the line due to her inefficiency and she said it is fine like it didn’t matter. Having been a teller before years ago, I can tell you she didn’t know how to do her job for the type of service she was doing for me. Never should have come to this branch. Unless you are looking for a bad day or sarcasm, try to avoid this place.

  I'd like to start off with they DO NOT enforce the mask policy. My last visit there were 3 people with no masks and they didn't say a word. Now onto my other complaint. I've been cashing my checks here without an account for over a year.. all of a sudden I can't cash my check because they couldn't verify it BUT they said if I have an account they would have been able to do it, how that makes any sense is a mystery to me. after I called my boss on the spot and he verified my checks were fine and that other employees were able to cash it. I hope that not all BOA's are like this one and are willing to help you out instead of just saying "we can't verify it, bye" Last but not least ENFORCE THE MASK POLICY!!!

  Service is usually great, but today the manager forced us to use the ATM. I guess it's policy now for the teller not to cash/deposit checks. Instead they had us wait in line for 15 minutes to cash our check and and then deposit it in the ATM where we had to wait in another line. The manager was talking to us like we're incompetent for not wanting to use the ATM. Seems like Bank of AMERICA is forcing Americans to lose theirs jobs to ATMs. I feel bad for the tellers.

  Worst service ever in a B of A branch. Long line today, around 12 people in line and only 2 tellers. There was an employee by the name of John. When I asked him if there were anymore tellers, his only answer to me was, "No, that's all we have." His next answer to me was that if I didn't want to wait in line, I can use the ATM. I explained to him that I didn't have a bank account and therefore could not use the ATM to cash my payroll check which is issued by B of A. If I did I wouldn't be there in line. He then told me to go to my bank and cash the check then. This was after I explained to him that I didn't have a bank account. I am a Nurse Manager myself, and I would never treat one of my patient's or pt's family members this way. That is why we undergo extensive customer service training in which we stress how to treat out clients with dignity and respect. I have never met a bank employee with such rude and insensitive manners. He had this flat effect look to him like if he really didn't care. 2 customers who were in line just left. Didn't care to ask no one in line including myself whether we needed help. Never apologized for the long lines. After he gave me the above insensitive and rude answer, he just walked away without saying anything else. I hope no customer ever goes through this kind of rude and insensitive experience. The only reason why I didn't ask to speak to the manager, is because I was late for a meeting. And truthfully, I don't think anything would have been done. I felt the need to write this comment/review because customers should always be right. Not the other way around. I really hope B of A Corporate takes note of this Review and at least have a talk with the employee or even put him a customer service type training to learn how to treat customers with dignity and respect and remind him that without us customers he wouldn't have a job.

  Always understaffed. Worst customer service. Manager always keep looking at the line but never bother herself to open a counter and help customers. They never hire sufficient staff for such a branch in thickly populated area. Bank of America management need to see poor management of manager.

  ***Do Not Go Here*** It’s one of the worst location in SFV. I usually don’t write reviews but today i go in to cash my paycheck. They giving me hard time that they do not cash it because of some bS Electronic signature. Right away i go to near by location. No problem with cashing paycheck.

  I called to see of if they offered notary services and could get no live person. I pushed "4" to speak to live person and was immediately disconnected.
