  Stood in line for 40 minutes waiting for a teller. Get inside to see only 2 employees working. 2 managers standing around on there phones. By the time my turn came and I got service the line was wrapping around the building. The managers did absolutely nothing to even try to assist the tellers. I have never in my life seen customer service that made me want to yell at the management like a Karen but holy cow the lack of respect the manager at this branch has for his workers is apparent. A leader leads by example, not by sitting on his phone while his workers try to help the growing line of customers

  Being attended by Lucy V. is always a highlight of my day. Lucy is very attentive and very charismatic. She definitely makes waiting in line worth every minute, she takes care of all your banking needs with a great smile and friendly conversation.

  They have a new ATM inside the branch that dispenses odd dollar amounts of cash. Staff was very helpful in explaining how it works.

  Nice bank. Never long lines, compared to others in the area. Great customer service, clean inside and in a good area with plenty of parking.... a big plus. Also they are open 7 days a week which mojorty of banks arent.

  Very bad service employees have no idea what type of programs they offer at this bank..My 17 year old son went to this branch to open up his first account after receiving his first check from his first job..We were giving wrong information and the run around. Right now we are in the process of finding him a different bank...Don't waste your time by going here!!
