  David increased his price half way through preparing our 2021 taxes. His admins are rude and not qualified to do their job. His electronic review and signatures of taxes never worked with problems with the links. He would promise one thing and do another. Going back to Turbo Tax.

  I have been having Dennis & Associates do my yearly taxes for over 25 years by both father and son. Ever thoughtful, and genuinely warm and professional, I having nothing but high regard for their expertise in handling my financial matters. I hope to see David's son carry on the tradition of honesty, and integrity that I find refreshing year after year.

  I had a really unfortunate experience with the owner (Dennis himself) and one of the secretaries.. I went here because I needed help and told them I had very little money to work with and needed to get caught up on a few years but there was very little paperwork involved.. Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his office He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our family I was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late.. It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhere I would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper work She called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone) It was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same time I later got a bill in the mail My friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on her I guess this is how the rich stay rich. The guy has a shiny 120 thousand dollar car out front in a very working class neighborhood where many of us are struggling to get through these hard times

  I have been with Dennis & Associates for over 20 years and would not think of going anywhere else. Their expertise and customer service is 2nd to none. If you are looking for a new CPA, this is the office to serve you.

  I am very grateful to the people at Dennis & Associates, and I have complete trust in their ability to calculate my taxes accurately. I value greatly their expertise and I appreciate their detailed instructions for filing and paying my taxes as well. The lack of the fifth star on the rating may be my problem, not theirs. I don’t always get answers to the questions I have about my taxes, and I probably should have more guidance on managing my assets to minimize taxes, but have not directly asked for their help. I’m open to any suggestions Dennis & Associates may have as to how to improve this. I look forward to continuing this very valuable relationship.

  Dennis and Associates is a firm that cares. Not only are they professional, but constantly go the extra mile to make sure their customers have the best experience. I’ve worked with them for 18 years and every interaction has been helpful and positive. I honestly don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else!
