  Best Bank and customer service ever!! Seriously I have worked with most of the major chains and they just don't compare. The service and care I got from this team in Quincy was exceptional. Sarah, Joe, John and Erica were so welcoming and helpful. They walked me through everything step by step. I even got a hand written thank you card in the mail assuring me they are here to help in any way they can. I would never bank anywhere else. Stop by and you'll see why.

  Very friendly and professional staff. Erica went above and beyond to help my father and I get our business up and running again so we could open our business account. When I say above and beyond, I really mean well past anything that I would believe to be in her job description. I'm thankful for her in particular but Joe also deserves a shout-out as well!!! Harbor One Quincy is the place to do your banking.

  Erica Jasey service was the best I've seen at HarborOne Bank💯I called every bank to get a replacement card and it didn't take her but a minute to give me a new card while other banks machine was broken. She has a great personality fast and friendly service

  They team is great very welcoming. As a small business owner I needed a bank that work with me and support my business. I been banking with HaborOne for over 14 years. I knew how responsible this bank made me financially. I also knew how they support small businesses. I couldn’t make a better choice. This Quincy location is the best.   I opened 2 accounts in June & wasn't until I thought my card was Lost I found out overseas bank. Transferring funds 2 day's before available. Wrong information re replacement card. Then I'm hit with fees up wazooo. Just for checking my balance too. I never AGREED TO BUT$$ TAKEN OUT..ERIKA WAS HELPING ME & IDK IF IT'S BECAUSE I GOT JOHN VS HER WHEN I CALLED Erika back John was so rude and no refund on any overinflated fees and now my bank account is closed well I left a penny in there

  My husband and I recently got married and we needed to deposit checks and cash. I use to go to the banks in Brockton or Randolph, but ever since I moved to Dorchester, I noticed that there was a new location in Quincy. John, Joe, and Sarah were the NICEST, friendliest, most accommodating and dedicated team I've ever met! I've been with HarborOne for about 10 years and I have never had better service. They made us feel very comfortable and treated us like family. We left with a Dunkin Donuts and Amazon gift card just because! What other bank does that?! Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, they sent us the most thoughtful Christmas card, wishing us a happy holiday. It made our day! My husband is even considering to switch banks now because of how well they treated us. I know which HarborOne Bank I'll be going to from now on!! Thanks John, Joe, & Sarah!!
