  Reda and his team are the best accountants you could ask for. He will sit down with you and tell you exactly what you need to do, or not do in our case in which he has handled everything! Would recommend Delphi accounting to everyone! If you have a business or just need your personal taxes done you will not be in better hands than Reda.

  Delphi is very unprofessional!!! I had to do a Amendment on my taxes and they send my taxes to the wrong account when I try talking with them they told me that I had to do a amendment that my taxes would be mail to me later that day I call the state and there response was that not true my taxes was issue to a account that wasn’t mine I try calling for the “4” time and there response was I had to find the account it went in to!!!! Made sure you go over your taxes papers when you retrieve them back!!!! After charging me 485$ horrible!!!!!!!!! I repeat!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible

  At first they welcome you with a huge smile until you discuss money with them and told him let me think about proceeding he literally held the papers up to my face and asked me to leave on top of mentioning that he usually takes atleast 100$ just for his “time” . Most rudeness I have ever experienced!! They over charge prices and are very unprofessional, he tried to charge me ( 155$ for myself only !!) twice what other tax return agencies do in addition to trying to charge me double for fixing one error in old taxes in addition to the fact that they tell you their pricing after they finish the work and not discuss it with you before the work is done !! Zero knowledge with numbers and very slow agents. No wonder why there was no one when I walked in.

  *Our professional office welcomed you (without an appointment) with a huge smile as we do all clients, past, present and potential. *After sitting down with the owner of the firm for over an hour, asking numerous questions and discussing various scenarios, you said you wanted to 'think about proceeding.' We do charge for this time. It is professional services. Is there an attorney whose office you can walk into and expect free services? When people go from tax office to tax office looking for the best refund or best deal, shopping around, we do not participate in that. *Our prices are our prices. They are based on the number of forms a client has which reflects the amount of work the return requires. You get what you pay for. We cover the return even after completion - including if a client receives a letter from the state of Michigan, the IRS, etc., we take care of that, and factually, this is not true for most other local accounting & tax firms. *We are unable to tell you your price BEFORE completing any return as we do not know what work and forms will be required. Simple. *Dr. Al-Shaer, PhD - zero knowledge? We'll leave that alone. *Our front desk staff is the most competent and friendly in the area. Thank you for your review. Inaccurate as it was about Delphi Accounting & Tax Services, it definitely showed much about the reviewer's manners and own professionalism.

  What can I say!!! Reda is a very unique, intelligent and sharp accountant. He is too good to be true. Very smart, straight to the point. Always goes out of his way to provide his clients with best advice possible. The degrees he holds are many to list here, including a PhD in Accounting! The firm provides many tax related services, businesses & personal tax preparation corporate forming, business payroll and bookkeeping plus much moore. I've been a very happy client for over 3 years. His entire office team is so professional and has great manners and very high quality customer service skills. Thank you everyone at Delphi Accounting and Tax Services :)

  Outstanding experience! I could not be happier. Dr. Al Shaer is very accessible and knowledgeable. He has it down. He was able to process my complex business transactions and helped get me an expedited tax return. Everyone in the group is eager to help and nice. They made it a very simple process which looks overwhelming at first. Great job!!!!

  Reda is an awesome guy. He helped me out every year. Gives geniuine advices both professionally and personally. The front desk is exceptional . Emily has been quick to respond eaxh and every time. Extremely satisfied. I was able to start a lot of ventures by listening to his advice.
