  They guy who opens door with grey hair is very rude, I felt rushed an he was very rude about the items I brought, don’t recommend going here.

  So I went to purchase a pistol from these guys which I regret so my paperwork was put on delay which could take up to 30 days so I ask for my money back he said it would be a 100 dollar fee which not one other gun store even takes money before they know you are approved then I asked did you have this in writing??? Of course he dosen't then tells me I can take the pistol home if they don't get a response within 5 days but if they say I'm denied in 10 days I have to bring the gun back 🤔 I called firing line in westland and recoil in taylor Michigan where I purchased multiple pistols from and they both said that is not supposed to happen I'm definitely reporting this place and glad I was recording 👎👎👎

  We never said you would have to wait 30 days. That is what you said. The maximum delay is 5 days. We explained the buying process to you thoroughly and you agreed. After you heard there was a delay you wanted to cancel the transaction and wanted a refund. I stated there was a restocking charge.

  Advertised an air compressor on Facebook Marketplace for $105 and when I drove out to get it they told me that they made a mistake and should have been advertised for $150. They refused to honor the advertised price and lost a potential customer in the process. Btw, not even an apology for wasting my time!

  I'm very sorry about the pricing error on the internet. It was an error listing the item. It had a price sticker clearly pictured in the ad stated it was $150. When I tried to explain you just walked out not giving me a chance to apologize. I was mid sentence when you turned and walked out the door.
