  I have done business with location multiple times. Everyone, everyone, that has assisted me has been professional and friendly. Every time I’ve either visited the location or called with questions. I know that it normally takes a while to complete the process, about 45 minutes each time. Most times I have visited I’ve had to wait to be helped. However, this most recent visit, I arrived at 1:57PM but was unable to be helped for one hour and 40 minutes!!! I’ve never had to wait so long! Maybe 30-45 minutes but with only two or three ladies working. I understand workforce management and there are slower however, this location needs more staff for the high traffic hours.

  During the visit Helen was very helpful and provided great customer service. All too often I believe we get so frustrated with poor service that we fail to acknowledge those that go above and beyond expectations. Job well DONE Helen😁
