  I’ve stayed with decade for about 8 months. My credit improved minimally, but that’s okay, I know it’s part of the risk when it comes to credit repair. There are no guarantees. I’m very disappointed with the cancellation of my policy. I canceled in September and was not billed for September or October. Then I randomly had $150 taken out of my account by them in November. And they still have not been able to resolve this issue, mid-December. I’ve even tried going through my bank to no avail. The people who work here are nice and I do believe they do their best. But this mistake and the lack of resolution has really tarnished my opinion of decade financial solutions.

  Your company is awful! Mike is SCAMMER!! You scammed your own people! Also his ties with LARRY ENGLISH (FORMER CHARGERS football player) do not trust them! They are a bunch of crooks!! Your company scammed for months and you did absolutely NOTHING!! he is a fake veteran! You barely served 2 years in the air force? You did Ntn! He dodged me for a year!   I started Decade with a low credit score in the mid 500s. After just about a month and a half, my score went up 85 points. Follow their advice and you will see results. I’m so excited for the next few months to see my score climb. Their staff is very knowledgeable in the field and they always keep constant communication. Let them work for you, and you won’t be disappointed. I’m finally starting to feel good about my credit again.

  Amazing service from this company especially from Mike! He was always reliable, man of his word and super easy to talk to.   That morning when I received the phone call from Decade Financial Solutions, I honestly thought it was a scam until they mentioned my wife’s name. They explained everything that they were going to do and telling me it is a process which takes time. They set up my account quickly, easily understood, very personable, and listened to my serious issue that had to be resolved quickly. Anytime, I had a question arise they were there either by phone, email, or text. The Decade Financial Solutions team would be so nice to listen to whatever I had a question on. I had been true about my credit statements on what I needed, as the team has always informed me on what to expect and time frame, they were extremely honest with me. As promised by the Decade Team they came through with results on what they targeted each time and kept me informed constantly. I’m more than satisfied with the team's hard work and dedication Decade has done for me and my family I started out with a 536 Fico score now I’m at a 646 and still climbing.   This is a great company! I worked with Michael for the first time to fix my credit and he was very polite and generous with his information and time.   So I used to have really good credit, and something terrible happened that ended up causing my credit score to drop nearly 250 points. Since I’ve been going through Decade Financial Solutions, my score has jumped up 101 points and is on its way to get close to how I had it before.
