  FFCU treats their employees horribly..I mean HORRIBLY! If they do not sell you something they will get written up. This is why the turnover rate is well above industry norms. This review is not for the, unfortunate, employees that work there, but rather for the CEO and upper management that perpetuate an environment of castigation and intimidation. This credit union is in a word...”toxic” and I would suggest banking elsewhere.

  Just horrible employees look miserable, if ever u want to tense up and feel completely uncomfortable just walk into this credit union. Management has the employees here looking like someone is holding a gun to their back the whole time tellers work with the members. Feel sorry for anyone who is employed by this company because if ur not management your are just spit under their shoes. No wonder thy have no member branch is always slow empty and never see same employees when going into the branch. There is always someone new working at the Teller station amazed this place is open still. No longer go into this place because they deserve none of my business due to the disrespect in the way they treat their employees. Treat ur most important employees like exactly that! They are front line and keep business booming no wonder this place is struggle. Member get the most uncomfortable feeling and experience and employees are treated like dirt. Moral is low and struggles to remain ongoing because no body wants to be in this place very wrong business strategy if success is ever intended for this horrible credit union.

  Awesome credit union! Exceptional and friendly customer service. I feel like I'm working with family here. I left the big bank and never looked back. Keep up the good work.
