  Got my first home loan with David. He was very professional and helped me secure the loan for my house. I had contacted a few other brokers as well as David with the request that I am very busy and don't have the time to answer phone calls all day. David was the only broker to respect this and dealt with me through limited email and text. I will definitely contact David again for any future home purchases or refinances.

  David was a pleasure to work with during my first (solo) home buying experience. I could not have asked for a better communicator. I was anxious moving to FL from KY and he walked me through every step, start to finish, with clear, concise details. He answered every text, email, and phone call happily, with relevant information and stayed on top of everything. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone that has a dream of a FL home.

  David Voigt was referred to me by my Dental Hygientist. I didn't know if I was in a financially solid enough situation to purchase or not but she encouraged me to call David saying if anyone can get you financing, he can. From our very first conversation, David was encouraging, helpful and informative. He shared best case and worst case scenarios and educated me on the programs available. Due to my finances and the condition of the house I purchased, David earned every nickel. He alerted me up front the process would take teamwork for success. I appreciated knowing from the beginning the process would need diligence. Happy ending November 2018 we closed on my forever home. I've been in my home for over a year and every morning wake up feeling so blessed. I honestly believe had I not had the reference to use David as my Mortgage partner, this would have never happened. I encourage you, call David. Be honest and he'll be honest with you. You could be in your new home this year too.

  David was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond throughout our entire mortgage process, which was a bit tricky at times. He never failed to take the time to provide whatever information and support he could to make our mortgage process as smooth as possible. He always took the extra time to answer any questions or clarify any concerns along the way. In fact, he even gave us some advice regarding a separate refinance with a different agency, and it saved us $12,000. We were truly blessed to be able to work with him. He truly cares about his clients, and that is evident in his dedication, friendly manner, continued communication, hard work and genuine support throughout the process! We will definitely be returning clients!
