  January 3 2022, Was just there, they had two persons at the bank. A manager and a cashier, what fool made this decision to only have two persons in a bank at the first of the month and after a holiday. Holy Cow not very smart as a business.

  Terrible legal team! My brother has Huntington’s disease and I am the POA for his bank account. They said that his signature does not match from 25 years ago. Of course it doesn’t match from 25 years ago he’s in stage 3! Also he forgot to write 7 on the signature date line of poa. I’m trying to pay my brothers bills was in a nursing home and they can’t even talk to me on how to proceed. I will never use Bank of America for my personal use. They have the worst customer service. However the staff in the Venice FL location was very kind and helpful but they could not assist in the matter. Now I need to reach out to Attorney’s to be able to pay my brother with Huntingtons disease bills. I don’t recommend Bank of America! The legal team won even talk to me! Huntington’s disease symptoms.... Muscular: abnormality walking, increased muscle activity, involuntary movements, problems with coordination, loss of muscle, or muscle spasms Cognitive: amnesia, delusion, lack of concentration, mental confusion, slowness in activity, or difficulty thinking and understanding Behavioral: compulsive behavior, fidgeting, irritability, or lack of restraint

  If you are in the Venice area go to the bank of america. All others are slow and may not even have a banker. This branch always had bankers ready to help. I have not experienced long wait times and all employees have been great!

  Well, I've lived up to all my Agreements with BOA.. Bank of America is a Failure.. Causing more issues than the Pandemic .. Time to relocate my Business to Acheiva Credit union Open on Saturday with Dr through & coin machine inside the lobby Free for members.

  Hey I called...got an appointment....drove there....met with Joeas....asked for some forms to be sent( which could have been done on the phone)... Okay! I'm all set??? oh sure....a month later NO FORMS! This guy NEVER put in the request!!! Now wait 3-5 days and MAYBE just maybe I'll get them NO! I'll be in TODAY!!!! To close the accounts....thanks for once again HORRIBLE service

  Waited in line for 30 min just to be told they can't cash a check this large. What kind of bank can't cash a $3000 check? Disgraceful.

  $8 to cash their customers check. Just like any other monster bank, they'll and dime you on first chance they get. Plus they won't have decency to use Vaseline.
