  Great experience! I had a few different transactions and questions. The teller was extremely helpful, and the office banker was just as good. Thank you for helping and being open on a Saturday!!

  OMG the worst banking experience I have ever had! I stood in line for 25 minutes with only 2 people in front of me & 3 tellers working! I never go into the bank but needed large bills for a cash purchase. Manager nor tellers did not care about us waiting. Teller did not apologize for long wait & was rude. NEVER going into this bank again!

  Truist is the worst thing to happen to suntrust users. their user interface, mobile depositing and overall experience is a living hell to deal with. I will be looking for another place to bank with and will actively deter and promote other banks in the future.

  I want Suntrust back! Truist is even worse! The merger was a nightmare and they have changed the way things were and caused all kinds of problems!! I was happy with Suntrust for 12 years now I am looking for a new bank..

  The mortgage banker I met with- wish I could remember her name- was terrific. Very professional, friendly, and helpful.

  I was frustrated for a week bcuz online banking wouldn't let me bank, and phone & chat support was not supportive. I finally got to the branch while they were open during their very short business hours, but was told I needed an appt. That was due to Covid so suntrust was not to blame. When I DID finally get face 2 face with a banker, she was great. Her name is Lissette and she was friendly, helpful, and she knew her banking. The process for opening an account tho - took so freaking long! Every little thing required another form to fill out. Someone should tell this bank about check boxes... much more efficient. So my 3 stars are for Nicole. I don't really think the bank deserves any.

  Went into the bank to change my account after some recent issues and had the pleasure of working with Ashley. She was knowledgeable, patient,friendly and efficient. I've banked with SunTrust for over 10 years and Ashley is by far the best representative I've ever worked with!

  One of the most unfriendly banks in the area. One if the few to be still locked down. Takes a week to make an appointment. Even when open they only want you to get a debit card, have to see a teller to get a deposit slip and safety deposit box entry...make an appointment next week.

  They were very helpful and friendly and really went out of their way during Covid. Now I'm moving all my business banking there as well.
