  Working with David was a pleasant and uplifting experience right from the start. I never imagined home ownership possible for me until I was put into contact with him. He really went above and beyond to help guide me through the process. He was great with communication and never minded my billion and one questions I had. We hit a few barriers along the way, and with his guidance and reassurance he walked me through each one step by step. I am not the proud new owner of my home! And I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through the process.

  My husband and I took a first time home buyers class that David was teaching. We learned a lot about the home buying process, and after hours of learning from David, we knew we wanted to work with him as our loan broker. He is super nice, very responsive, and helped lead us throught the process of buying our first home. We got the keys today thanks to his work.

  We took the first time home buyers class ran by David and I am so happy that we did. We left feeling confident about the process and went with him as our lender. He laid the process out in a way that made sense and was always available to answer any questions. He worked so hard to figure out multiple scenarios for us with how competitive the market is. 100% would recommend if you are looking. He is a genuinely good person and that is hard to find.

  As a first time home buyer, I had expectations that the experience was going to be scary, but David made it amazing! It was such an easy process and he made time to answer all my questions.   Some people measure success and ultimately the effectiveness by the end result, for this reason I will start with the results first. As first time home buyers, we got the first home we put an offer on. From what I have been told, that and much more of our home buying experience reveals that God was orchestrating something wonderful. Along the journey of home buying, many conversations are had. As it is a big investment, conforming that all is in alignment financially is crucial. Throughout the entire process, David would keep us informed. Although we were nervous about the necessary paperwork, and the possibility that the sellers could forgo the deal, David’s calm demeanor, his confidence, and professionalism, provided reassurance that we were in great hands. With the amount of conversations we had, we were fortunate not to be treated as “another patient/customer”, but rather provided the blessing of being treated as a friend. In such we were able to learn more about the other (David about myself, and our family, and I, about David, and his family). To know the person you are working with, and to be treated as a friend, one could ask for nothing more (except a successful closing on the house-which we got). It is for these reasons, I am confident that having David Sizemore as your mortgage lender will be a fantastic decision.

  David is by far one of the BEST LENDERS around! Communication is on point, Willing to Help in any way shape or form and will go Above and Beyond to make sure Clients and Realtors are Taken Care of!
