  It has been a pleasure to work with David and his team. We cannot say enough about his ability to make the process as easy as possible. We highly recommend David for home purchasing especially for first time home buyers. David is very knowledgeable, always available and amazing at explaining the process in a simple way. He and his team have gone above and beyond. They were especially helpful in compiling all of the closing documents ahead of time for us to review. This made closing day a lot less stressful, and we are grateful for their extra support with out request.

  As we all know it's hard to find a loan officer that is responsive, knows his loan products, double-checks his work for accuracy, is prompt at returning phone calls, texts and emails, and is super friendly. David meets all of those requirements and THEN SOME! I have complete confidence is in his ability, therefore always highly recommend him to my clients. Never had a disappointed client in 2 years of working with him because David does an amazing job every time. He either knows the answer or will find the answer any and all questions, he is flexible, and his work is honest. If you are reading this, CALL HIM!

  David helped us purchase our first home. It was a build job so it was a long process, but David was prompt to answer our many questions and I appreciated him being there for us every step of the way. Since we were first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and were confused on some parts of the process, but David helped explain everything in a professional and understandable way for us newbies :) Great loan officer, highly recommend!

  David was more than helpful, he was available 24/7 to get us into a home before our first baby was born- and he and his team did it! David would answer our emails at midnight sometimes, answered all of our questions within hours and even helped us move in! He went above and beyond with our case. Thank you David! 10/10 recommend.

  David made the loan process easy, answered any questions as they came up, and walked me through parts of documents I had concerns about prior to signing. David checked in on me throughout the loan process and notified me when things had gone wrong with the title and deed of trust to let me know a notary would be getting ahold of me in the days ahead. Would definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a home.
