  The team at Academy was first rate, and they made the out of state buying process much easier than we anticipated.   Academy Mortgage was great to deal with. They were very friendly and direct to the point. Exchanging documents was fluent and updates where clear. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new mortgage or refinance.

  Absolutely wonderful team!!! John, Angie, and Krystle were the best to work with. They were always there to help and fast at responding. It's scary to buy a home for the first time, and I don't think you truly understand it until you've been through it. These individuals were very quick at returning calls/emails and very good at explaining the process (even if they had to do it a couple of times for me). They are a very patient group, and the best part is that there are NO SURPRISES! They truly want you to be successful and enjoy the process! Thank you so much!

  I would highly recommend Academy Mortgage, John Spiker, and the whole team. They were professional, answered all our questions, and had to work really hard for our complex situation. Calls and emails were answered quickly, and we were kept in the loop all the way through. Their website is really great as well, as it sends short videos and updates during each step of the process.
