  Prior to meeting David Mazzola, I met 4 different lenders. One person was very elusive, another person was not honest, another person was polite but could not approve me for the amount I needed and another person flat out denied me. God would have it that I was introduced to David. The very first thing I liked about him was how comfortable it was to talk with him. He has a very relaxed demeanor. He’s knowledgeable of the industry and he explains well with simplicity. He avails himself at various times to be of help during the process.
