  I recently worked with David for the fourth time on a mortgage transaction. Each time I have worked with him, he has been exceptional. David communicated early and often and kept me apprised at each stage of the transaction. He explained all loan documents thoroughly and when he needed documents from me, the requests were timely so that there wasn’t a rush for me to pull docs together at the last minute. David cares about his clients and from the beginning of the process until the closing, there was no doubt that he had my best interest at heart and I have no reservations whatsoever about saying that if you are contemplating a real estate loan transaction, go see David!

  This was my first time purchasing a home and David came to me by way of my realtor. I was not sure how to receive him at first since this was my first home buying journey but OH MY, HOW David EXCEEDED my expectations and beyond. David was very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. David's communication was excellent and his navigation skills were fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend David as he saved my experience as a first time home owner due to my realtor's lack of due diligence.   I have worked with several mortgage loan officers over the last 30 years and this is the first time I made it through the entire process without having any concerns on the progress or status of the loan. David went to great lengths to update me on an almost daily basis as to the status and next steps, and made himself available to me any time of the day or week without concern. David is an absolute professional and is extremely adept at connecting with his customers. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an experienced loan officer who knows how to lead you through this challenging process without drama or stress consider David. I would not think twice about using him again in the future myself.

  Navigating mortgages and buying a house is really overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers like my husband and I. David made us feel at ease and took care of so much of the heavy-work for us. He was incredibly patient with me as I asked questions and would check on anything he wasn't 100% sure about. He even got our appraisal waived. As a Type-A, anxious person, I was so glad to have someone calm and collected but also responsive on our team. David also reached out to us when mortgage rates declined to see if we wanted to refinance. The whole process of refinancing was so easy thanks to David, and we're so glad he suggested it! We always felt like he was really watching out for us. We highly recommend David for first-time buyers who need someone patient and knowledgeable.

  David and I spoke early on in the process when I was planning on selling my home and getting a new one. We talked multiple times through the process where he gave me expertise advice on Do's and Dont's and things that would help me in my loan process. David was really a God send, immediately I knew my husband and I could trust him! And that is what you need when you are disclosing all your information and trusting that someone has the best intent for you and your family on the greatest purchase of your life. I will continue to recommend David to all my family and friends and I recommend him to you! You will not be disappointed with the high-level of customer service you receive from him and his team.

  David and his staff were the BEST!! I have dealt with a great deal of mortgage companies over the years and David made it the best experience to date.   I would give David 6 stars - he deserves EVERY star there is. Getting a mortgage is hard enough but getting a mortgage in a truncated time line is even more difficult and David did it in record time 3 weeks (yup). In order to do that we needed to gather all documentation as quickly as possible - vet and recheck. David is calm, methodical and unflappable. David provided me frequent updates and guided me through the process. Bottom line David knows this business very well - that shows!
