  Always great service from the staff at Dave's. BJ and Brian are always very friendly and answer any questions I have. The experience is never rushed and their informative diagnostics keep my car running in perfect condition, love this place I recommend it to everyone and will always use them for my vehicles!

  Dave’s always does a great job at a fair price. The staff is very courteous and I’ve never had a bad experience there. I’ve been going to Dave’s for 10 years. It is a much better experience compared to a dealership.

  First time customer, just purchased a new to me car and it has been a while since I have not had a brand new, but they took care to inspect the car and provide all feedback AND they were able to do a TON of work the same day. With two small kids, not having to go back and forth is important to me. Great experience so glad we found them!

  *****UPDATE***** Unfortunately after using this repair shop for so many years and thousands of $ spent on three vehicles at this lication, I will NOT be returning. I have come to realize the owners and front counter person of Dave's Auto are pleasant but in dealing with the labor repair costs and unfair treatment towards a long term customer, something is wrong. They were up front in the install of premium quality replacement parts I provided with no warranty. However, when an antifreeze hose leak was later determined relating to the part I provided, it was the 'workmanship' in the improper tightening of the clamp that resulted in the leak, not the hose. Telling me the clamp had stripped might have been true, but this clamp was a very high quality clamp. It was the mechanic who installed this clamp/hose that damaged it. Apparently it didn't matter, as I had provided the parts even though there was NO manufacturer defect. The pressure test and labor to tighten the hose was yet another cost to me as well as time to take the vehicle out of daily service. Really?! How about my vehicle needing A/C repair (no cold air), and worked on by the owner. Given back after be charged for labor but told leak could not be found. Bring it to a Ford dealer and they want to know who worked on this A/C system as dye was all over the motor. Told they had to wash the whole motor down then could inject new dye to locate the leak and repair. I walk away knowing true customer service is not found here. I could give other examples but maybe it's only me. I gave this place enough time and $. Do know they are very pleasant people. Found a new repair shop that is honest, friendly, informative and uses technology to contact me as a customer. Don't let the size or location of this great repair shop fool you. It's the BEST! This repair shop continues to exceed my expectations. The staff recently took my daughter in to install a new tire on her car on a spur of the moment (hit pot hole and blew tire). Staff took the time to actually talk to her as a person and women and explain what they determined happened to tire. As a father, it was reassuring the mechanics and staff actually took the time to speak with her and get her on her way quickly. This is a true family run business where the customer is treated as number one.

  Dave's automotive provided the most detailed check up my truck has ever received. I liked the "text" evaluation that was sent to me indicating the items with pictures that needed attention along with follow up phone calls. The service required to address these items was performed promptly.

  I really liked being invited to see my car on the lift and to see the work that needed to be done. I also like the new waiting room with comfortable seating, TV and coffee. I like the coupons and points and specials with the rewards and programs that Dave's Automotive has. I like that they have a food drive. Most of all I like quality service that Scott and BJ provide and the quality of work done by the mechanics on my car. I have been a satisfied customer for many years. At Dave's Automotive the quality of service continues to improve, especially in the last couple of years there have been many positive changes. Scott and Christa have done a great job on modernizing this Family Owned business.

  Very professional, always courteous, quality work. Been going to Dave's for about 5 years, no complaints EVER. Not your typical garage, highly recommended. They have always beat competitor pricing for me.

  Very thoughtful and precise service. We always receive a report on the health of our vehicle that we can reference later for maintenance. They have picked me up and dropped me off many times to leave my car for service.

  Dave's Auto's staff have no shortage of knowledge about the cars I've brought in and their issues. This auto-repair shop is set apart from others by having dedicated front office staff that perform all customer interaction but they can also answer any technical questions I've brought their way.
